Terms and Conditions

Before you order, here are some things you need to know.

Placing your order will indicate to us, your acceptance of these terms and conditions.


Please allow up to 6 weeks from time of payment received, for your invitations to be in your hot little hands!

*If you require additional print finishes, such as foil printing, please allow an additional two weeks to be completed.



Orders will not be started until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise arranged. This is non-negotiable. To maintain your order position, it is required that payment is made within 24 hours of receiving invoice. Failure to pay on time will not guarantee the order will be completed within initial suggested time period.


Express postage via Australia Post is the only way we send your invitations to ensure that they arrive safely in your hands. This does come at an additional charge of $19.95. Depending on your location, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your invitations via post, however in most cases, it should only take 3-5 business days.    


She Who Loves takes no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit once order has been dispatched.


She Who Loves cannot be held responsible for any typing or grammatical errors noticed after proofs have been approved. Please take your time to check every single detail. Any amendments after approval and printing will incur an extra charge.

Please be aware we DO NOT offer refunds if an order is cancelled. All of our products are made to order and once we have received payment, the work gets started, therefore we do not offer refunds.

STEP 1. To begin the process, please get in contact with me via our 'Say Hello' page, where you will find both our email, and a contact form. You can choose your preferred method to make contact.

Key information that I need to know:

What are these invitations for? (Birthday, Wedding, Naming Day ETC)

When are these invitations required:

How many invitations will you be needing:

What theme or colour scheme do you have in mind:

What printing process do you require? (Standard or additional service such as Letterpress or Foil)

What information do you require to be included on the invite (celebration, date, time, RSVP, ETC)


Please also feel free to send through any images that you would like used as inspiration.

STEP 2. If you're happy with the quote that I've sent you, and you wish to continue your order, you will then be required to pay the total order cost in full within 24 hours of receiving invoice.

STEP 3. Once payment has been received  I will work closely with you via E-mail to get your design perfect. I won't be happy with the design, until you are happy with the design!

STEP 4. Once the perfect design has been created, you will be sent through a final proof to approve before printing begins.

STEP 5. You approved the proof, YAY! Your invitations will be sent to the printers, hold tight, they'll be in your hands soon!

STEP 6. All invitations are sent directly to myself before I pass them on to you. This is so I can do a quick quality control check to make sure the printing is up to standard (We've never had any issues!) Once I'm happy that the over all quality is up to standard, I will package up your invites and post them to you.
